Health and Wealth make good bed fellows and you really can't have one without the other.  

A life without Goals is a life without purpose... 

Affirmations in New Thought and New Age terminology refer primarily to the practice of positive thinking and self-empowerment—fostering a belief that "a positive mental attitude supported by affirmations will achieve success in anything." More specifically, an affirmation is a carefully formatted statement that should be repeated to one's self and written down frequently. For affirmations to be effective, it is said that they need to be present tense, positive, personal and specific.

Have accountability will fire you up and encourage you to really achieve your goals in Life.. Make yourself accountable to me if you like and message me via this Podcast, if not find someone you can be accountable to....  Have a positive , productive week    

Have you achieved your goals this week, if not set them again this week. It doesn't matter if you didn't achieve them, what matters if you didn't even try to achieve them....      

I love using affirmations but they do have to be realistic and inline with where you are right now in your life...
