Setting goals for a new year can be overwhelming. I feel you friend! In this episode, I break down how I set goals and how I stay motivated to actually make the changes I want in my life.Start by setting a goal in present tense. For example: "I prioritize my physical health and am intentional with my nutrition." Then write our your core "why" for that goal. Then write out what attaining this goal looks like in your daily, weekly or monthly life.  Once you do this, write down a few barriers or roadblocks that might stand in the way of you achieving this goal.I share 5 of my core goals for 2022 and then break down why they are important to me, what they look like in my daily life, and what obstacles may stand in my way.Connect with me on IG!
