136: 🍁 Fall Focus 🍂

Jay is on location elsewhere and so Kathy brings in her dungeon buddy Mikah Sargent to discuss living with ADHD and being diagnosed. Also, Kathy recorded this episode hiding in the closet at the coast so any audio issues are her fault, not the editor's.

Kathy and Jay reflect on the tv shows, popular sayings and pop culture references that stand the test of time and taught us valuable lessons.

Jay is giving up on some projects because they cause more stress than purpose in life and work. We talk about how to start those difficult conversations and how to embrace the role as the villain.

Kathy is feeling the Fall vibes and trying to figure out how to optimize focus. Will making everything a pumpkin spiced hue help?

The crew have a unique list of things they do that they prefer doing with a friend or two. A classic show involving Batman false promises and a live reaction to losing a legend.

Kathy and Jay discuss their systems, how work is going, and just a little bit of woo.

It's all a blur, but Jay and Kathy took Conduit's 5 year anniversary live in Toronto with our conductors, talking long-term planning (and why neither of us is great at it). As a gift, here is a preview of a membership show, pre- and post-show included.

This episode is brought to you by the letter V. Jay and Kathy explore downtime and doing nothing positively and negative impact them.

Conduit loves working together almost as much as we love your Mom.

Kathy is away so Jay has a magical moment with the Pen Wizard, Brad Dowdy.
