Gail is a performance and leadership coach and founder and CEO of the Gaisha Consultancy Ltd. She is the author of three books and host of the “Can Do Way” podcast. Her latest co-authored book is called “The Working Women's Guide to Menopause: When the Heat is On, Don't Sweat it!” And she is also the co-author of “The Rise of See-19 Leadership”. Gail shares her story of growing up in Western Australia and how she adopted a can-do attitude to cope with the challenges she faced as she was growing up. She then tells us about getting the travel bug and living overseas. She currently lives in Johor, Malaysia. She talks about leadership styles and her book “The Rise of See-19 Leadership”. She then talks about her new book on the topic of the menopause and how she is hoping it will make the subject less of a taboo, especially in the workplace.
