
178/One Year Later: Reflections on Burnout, Loss, and Coming Back to Myself
It’s been about a year since I experienced burnout and walked through the loss of a miscarriage. This episode is a quiet reflection on what burnout recovery and healing have actually looked like over the past year.
In this episode of Your Next Best Move, I’m sharing honestly about my journey through burnout recovery and loss: the small daily habits I’ve changed, the support system I’ve intentionally built (including working with a therapist, coach, and naturopath), and the mindset shifts that have helped me move from survival into steadier ground. This isn’t a “how I fixed everything” conversation. It’s a real, compassionate look at what healing has required in this season of my life.
