McLaren has won the constructors Championship...but at what cost? The girlies (lando and oscar) are fighting and we're all confused. Can we just get a championship fight PLEASE? In other news, let's give it up for George Russell who really has come full circle. He Yabba Dabba Did It!! And obviously we spend a good chunk of time yapping about The Life of a Showgirl..but can you blame us?

Kristen Bell is in Winnipeg and we’re in Winnipeg and we both love Formula 1…what a coincidence. Moving on - is Oscar going to have his comeback weekend? Is Max finally going to win Singapore? Maybe they’ll make it out to a race one day. In other news, Cadillac has finally announced their driver line up, Alex Palou will probably never move to Formula 1, Ed Carpenter Racing kinda slays right now and Hannah and Emma almost fight it out live on Track Talk….over….Max Verstappen? Weird.

F1 movie review, Silverstone GP recap and..oh right..Mid Ohio Indycar Race. For the most part, we actually stay on track during the episode as long as you don’t count the 5 minute Love Island ramble. There’s so much to unpack from this weekend but to sum it up, we love our VCARB boys, Nico slays, Indycar is kinda boring right now and good job Lando.
