The law is being broken, our country is being damaged, and there are foreign actors involved. It's a plan for both sponsoring and shaping civil disorder and unrest. Included are disruption of Federal facilities. We have the receipts. It's a conspiracy to defraud the United States and inhibit it's function. This is seditious conspiracy.
