
In today’s episode, Anita and Jessie talk all about creating habits and goals instead of new years resolutions. Resolutions are heavily time-based, unrealistic, and unsustainable past February. Instead of attempting to overhaul your whole life (body, schedule, etc) and falling flat when the motivation isn’t there - let’s try a different path!
It’s never too late to start anew - create new habits today!
