The laundry list includes insomnia, anxiety, and weight  gain. Any of these sound familiar? Plant-based chef Lynnette Astaire (@cheflynnette) talks about the wellness movement she started with her business, Superfood School. The mission is simple. Lynnette talks about why she will never label herself either of those things or anything at all for that matter. We do talk a lot about food but the bottom line is that you can't really make a shift unless you get your mind right which also can't happen without self-care. I absolutely love her list of practices. I guarantee there are a few you'll want to incorporate to get you on track.
