If (like me), you grew up in a religion, even if you don’t practice it anymore, you probably learned something you didn’t realize you’d need later. Something we need right now more than we've ever needed.
In this episode of Third Eye Talks, I’m sharing what growing up Catholic and going to Mass taught me, and why I’ve been thinking a lot lately about something we’re collectively losing.
I also share a memory from my First Communion, which was one of the most important days of my childhood, and how that experience still influences the way I move through life today.
