Chocolate cake recipe  10 oz self raising flour  12 oz cocoa or cacao powder   12 oz castor sugar  12 oz butter  6 large eggs  Mix butter and sugar, gradually add the eggs then flour and coco. I baked at 180 degrees celcius for around 25 minutes  We made a chocolate ganache for this, for this we used two and a half 180g bars of dairy milk chocolate and 200ml double cream, so break the chocolate up and place in a mixing bowl, then heat the cream up in a pan.
