He is currently challenging 79-year-old, two-term incumbent Senator Ed Markey for the Democratic nomination in the upcoming Senate race. A former Marine Corps combat veteran, he had much to say about the rapidly escalating situation with the war with Iran, as well as what the Democratic Party has to do to win back voters.
