I'm back and this time with some friends. This episode was so in depth we had to split it into TWO parts! I have some of my friends from FIU on this episode to help me dive into more about how to establish friendships in college, how to maintain friendships and the struggles that come with balancing your new life as a college student with friends.

A little background on my friends:

Antoinette Watkins is a sophomore at FIU majoring in Communications and Social Media E-Marketing Analytics. In August of 2019, she created Diabaddie, Antoinette was diagnosed with Type1 Diabetes, at the age of six, on July 24, 2006. Even as a college student, she still attends diabetes camp every year, now as an alumni camper, with hopes of significantly impacting lives and being a healthy role model for other young diabetics.

Kyla Messam is a sophomore at FIU majoring in Construction Management. Kyla plans on finishing her degree and taking over the family business, Messam Construction. She is active within the FIU chapters of the Black Student Union, National Council of Negro Women, and National Society of Black Engineers.

I launched a website! YES. Here's another way to keep up with me. Just type in ArtriceLanae.com into your web browser and join in on the fun. Stay connected by signing up for my newsletter (I promise I won't spam you). That's ArtriceLanae.com for everything you need to know.
