He turned to family, friends and the support group of the charity MIND to help his through this challenging period of his life. In this week's episode we're joined by Hub Member, Vanessa Tillbrook.  Vanessa joined the community at the end of 2022 as began training for Edinburgh Marathon. As part of the Marathon Academy, Vanessa enjoyed the structure and connections with other community members.
