At the moment we are in Iten, Kenya, the Home of Champions. This is our second time staying at the High Altitude Training Centre and in this episode we share with you why we're here, what we hope to gain from our time in Kenya and the benefits of training at altitude.  We share our learnings from the Kenyan way of running and lifestyle and hope to pass this on to many others. We're here for 6 weeks in total and look forward to sharing with you our journey.

One of the biggest problems we see as coaches, is the overwhelm of so much information online.  We think they need to do more sessions, add more intensity, when actually it's the opposite.
