This week I'm speaking with Scott Howell and Katie Falkenberg of the Rogue River Restoration Council. We discuss their initial starts to fishing, Katie's photojournalism background and her humbleness, Scott's journey from building fish ladders in the dead of night to doing it officially, his first gravel restoration effort, just how simple and small restoration efforts can be while still having great effect, and so much more.
