John Lancaster the Wine Director of Boulevard restaurant in San Francisco for over 20 years as well as being one of the owners of SkyLark Wines and Alondra Wines.  We discuss the evolution of the industry, his career before Boulevard at the renown Cyprus Club, and the delicious wines that he produces.  Also tune in to hear some of his favorite wines and recent drinks!
