In this month's episode, I am delighted to be joined by Osbanis & Anneta from Deakocan Dance. We had a great conversation all about Cuban salsa, their dance life and how they came together as a dance partnership and a couple, and lots more! As someone who dances primarily crossbody salsa, it was fantastic to hear about their experiences and their point of view, especially from two people who are so passionate about the history and culture of Cuban salsa. 

Dancing is for EVERYONE, and I think that everyone should have dancing in their life - but I might be a little bit biased, since I am a professional dancer! In today's podcast, I'm talking about the benefits of dancing to your health and wellbeing, and why I think everyone should give it a try!
