This document is a motion to suppress evidence filed by Bryan Kohberger’s defense team regarding a search warrant executed on his AT&T mobile account. In her sworn deposition from 2016 (unsealed in 2020), Virginia Giuffre detailed how Ghislaine Maxwell recruited, groomed, and trafficked her into Jeffrey Epstein’s sex trafficking operation starting when she was 16.
