In episode 36, we have a great chat with Tom Rigby and Dan McParland. The 2 North West athletes are close friends, training partners and both had Stellar years in 2022. Dan lead Ironman UK overall until mile 14 in the marathon and finished his year winning Ironman Florida. Tom won 70.3 Ireland at a canter and then Ironman Wales. The question of the podcast...
