A past version of me believed she needed to become something in order to feel enough. That she had to be more than what she was. That my higher self was something I needed to 'Elevate' myself to get to. Hence the 'Elevated Self Podcast'. After some health concerns I could no longer ignore, a journey of softening and sinking into my body and my truth became my daily practice, cultivating the realisation that I am already my higher self. 

I talk you through a journey of the last 6 months off podcasting, off being externally focus, and off rehearsed positive affirmations/manifestations/gratitudes painting over the underlying emotions of pain and suffering. Softening into my Embodied Self.

Perhaps you too are experiencing numbness and disembodiment. 

I explain why closing ourselves off to our emotions can create numbness and lack of connection to our bodies. And share my discoveries about the importance of feeling and validating your emotions to feel at home within your self and practices to create more feeling and sensations in your body.
