Meet the guest: Dr. Corwin Nelson is an Associate Professor of Physiology at the University of Florida. He holds a Ph.D. in Biochemistry and Immunobiology from Iowa State University and a B.S. in Biochemistry from the University of Minnesota-Duluth. His research focuses on improving cattle health and productivity through better nutritional and immune system strategies.
