What does biblical manhood look like? On today's episode of the American Reformer Podcast, Daniel Strand speaks with J. Chase Davis, pastor and author of Offensive Christianity: Restoring Strength of Men in a Feminized Age, about Christian masculinity, godly leadership, and how men can move from resentment to purposeful action.

They revisit the influence of Wild at Heart, discuss the limits of therapeutic approaches to men’s ministry, and explore Davis’s theological vision for men pursuing excellence in their callings, serving their families and churches, and living with courage and purpose.

In this episode:

  • The changing conversation about Biblical manhood, vocation, duty, and ambition

  • The legacy of Wild at Heart and evangelical men’s ministry

  • What Davis means by “Offfensive Christianity”

  • Moving beyond resentment toward purposeful action
