I am so excited to talk to you about something super important for your health that doesn't get enough attention. It may not sound exciting when you first hear about it, but I want you to stay with me. By the end of this show, I am going to make you the biggest fan.

Omega-3 fatty acids may not sound sexy or exciting, but they’re very important. I want to give you the research and let you go deeper into all the things that I'm talking about.

So why do I love these? These are little fats that pack a punch. When it comes to keeping your body and your mind healthy, whether we're focused on improving your skin, boosting your energy, or helping with anti-aging, omega-3s are the must-have in your routine.

I want you to take a closer look and get into the science of Omega-3s. I put together a free Omega-3s guide to give you resources that are research backed.

Favorite quotes:

04:34 - “Omega-3s, they support our brain, they help us with focus, they help us with memory, and they even help us with mood.”

05:17 - “Omega-3s are key for our skin. They make our skin look plump. They can help our skin not be dry,  itchy, and irritated.”

09:43 - “One thing I love about omega-3s is they will keep your joints more flexible and preserve muscle mass, too, because those things naturally decrease as we get older. So, if you want to stay active, if you want to stay strong, it's just another reason to take omega-3s.”

10:21 - “For women, omega-3s can also help us balance our hormones.”

22:39 - “Omega-3s are simple and powerful. It is a great way to improve your health and keep you feeling great.”
