EP4- So You Think You Have A Stress Fracture …
I've been in those shoes many times before. Scared I'm in trouble, desperately googling symptoms looking for answers, unsure of how I'd move on if it's the true diagnosis.
It's a terrible spot to sit in.
I created this episode as advice I'd give to anyone who is ever sitting in that position.. feeling pain … worrying about "could it be" … unsure of where to go or how to move forward
