After a powerful experience in the 2024 Lisbon Intensive, a participant shares that a lot of resistance came up, and asks for Moojibaba’s help to drop the ego. “Forget about experiencing the dropping of the ego. Experience resting in your own Self. Detachment is so powerful. Let the ego stay there but don’t login to its energy. Try and see! Detachment means you stay in the place of Awareness. And gradually, without a fight, the ego begins to thin away in its impact. It works. It works!”

In this talk with a student who is returning home after a short stay in Monte Sahaja, Moojibaba shares essential pointers that free us from the suffering of habitual thinking caused by egoic identity. “Whatever you can perceive, from the mind or from the senses, cannot be that which perceives them. And why is that? Because if I was the things I'm perceiving, then when they go or change as they do and must, I would also be changed and gone. How important is that seeing?
