What’s the relationship between diet- and wellness culture and eating disorders? Why is it important to break up with both if you’ve had an eating disorder, while someone without an eating disorder can live happily alongside it? And once you know why it’s necessary, how do you actually go about it? In today’s episode I’ll discuss all that and more, giving personal examples to illustrate what life may look like once you break free from diet culture and your eating disorder!
