SHOW NOTES:
Recipe for almond milk:  Put 4 parts water to 1 part raw almonds in a high-speed blender, blend until smooth.  Strain using a nut bag or cheesecloth.  Store in the refrigerator.   (Example:  2 cups of water to 1/2 cup of almonds will yield about 2 cups of almond milk.)
