Baina is a brand that celebrates bathing and the routine of bathing. In this interview, I sit down with Bailey Meredith, Co-founder, CEO and Creative Director of Baina, based out of Sydney. Bailey and her childhood friend, Anna, set out with the idea of creating a business in the homeware space that focused on a product that didn't have a size curve, had no seasonality, and was gender-neutral. They landed on towels as their product and have worked with the same manufacturer in Portugal since the beginning. Baina has built a strong brand reputation through its connection with customers, and their focus on quality and design, transparency and authenticity. This self-funded brand takes a considered approach to growth, ensuring they can support and sustain it.
