Food production creates a quarter of global carbon emissions. Open Food Facts want to compute the environmental impact of millions of food products across Europe, and help consumers and producers take action to reduce their carbon footprint. Normative want to help measure what matters in a sustainable world, and the first step to mitigating climate change is for companies to measure their climate impact.
