Dr Bellinger is a young, emerging researcher with a track record in enhancing athletic performance through nutritional modulation and supplementation, and via manipulation of training. He is also a PhD candidate at the University of Cape Town investigating fatigue in professional cyclists. He has published numerous sports science studies in peer reviewed journals.
