We are all living stories in which we are the character and the author (listen to episode 2 for more on this). Only the author can name the story and only the author can rewrite stories that are not awesome. In this episode, Kirk helps you notice and name the stories you are telling. Because the stories that name you have power over you but the stories you name you have power over.

Our purpose is a story we tell. It's built with the facts of our life. Our purpose is the meaning we attach to those facts. It's a category of truth we often refer to as a belief.
