The global lockdown due to coronavirus has forced the world’s government to order close down any mass gathering which includes school, concert, cinema, or even meeting with more than 5 people, Cambodia is no exception. The royal government of Cambodia rushed to issue a decree ordering the closedown of public and private educational institutions in the first week of rapid widespread in Cambodia. Many institutions were caught completely off guard. Some rushed to organize online learning, some took a few months before properly organizing a decent system. The digital divide also plays an important role in obstructing the practice of online learning. Most students in rural areas do not have access to good smartphones let alone an affordable internet connection.

Mr. Vincent Heng, a 3rd-year scholarship student, majoring in Management at the National University of Management (NUM).

Studying from home is much more challenging than he thought. At first, he wasn’t adaptable to take online classes and almost failed to manage my group's assignment with 11 members as a leader from distance.

But later on, with continuous improvements to his habits, self-discipline, time management, and studying approach, the results become drastically better both his studying from home experiences and distant group management.
