We often discuss strategies we can use to maintain and improve our mental health BUT not every strategy works for everyone. The important thing is to find the ones that work best for you, so that when you feel stressed, anxious or depressed, you know what specific things you can do that will help you feel better. In this ep, we explain how to find out what are the things that work for you.
