The body is our temple, our sacred space. Our body tells us when it needs our attention. Just as hunger sounds when food is needed, tension can build when relaxation is needed. It only takes a few minutes each day to attend to the body's desire to relax and we can do so at any time by creating space and taking a few moments to listen to the body. Bringing our mindful awareness to the body helps us practice bringing mindful attention to other areas of life.
