Klimato is a Swedish start-up with the vision of "keeping the planet chill, one meal at the time". They have developed a tool for restaurants and hotels to calculate the CO2 emissions of each of their meals, which can then be communicated to their guests. This ultimately encourages these actors to set more ambitious sustainability goals, and enable their customers to make more informed decisions about the food they eat.
