
What do you do when you know something big is due for work or you have to have a difficult conversation with someone, and you just keep putting it off?
On today's episode, I will share therapeutic strategies for breaking through those blocks, as well as WHY it is that we have a tendency to procrastinate on some of the most important things of our lives. These tips also work for many of us who are neurodivergent by interrupting that dopamine signaling that can become so problematic.
I will also share some more spiritually based tips to help you move forward gracefully. You can do the thing that you don't want to do and finally stop putting it off.
