Oregon has sued Donald Trump to stop him from deploying military members to the streets of Portland.Given that a federal judge in California has already ruled that Trump violated federal law when he did virtually the same thing in Los Angeles, this makes it clear that Trump's decision to do it again, this time in Portland, is a knowing, intentional, flagrant, and unapologetic violation of federal law.
