Bad days are just... BAD. And, unfortunately, we have to expect that one day a bad day, accompanied by a bad mood will come knocking on our door. There is something we can do about it though. We can make a plan fo resetting our mood when a not so great day, situation, encounter or decision comes our way.
I'll personally share my go-to plan when a bad mood or day has become a reality. My hope is that you can use some (or all) of these items to resetting your mood when you need to.
