Sky F1 lead presenter Simon Lazenby joins Bec & Ben to discuss his new book, Pressure, that digs into Formula 1 and looks at the jobs behind the scenes. Lazenby has covered F1 since 2012 and lifts the lid on what it’s like being in the paddock. He shares his top experiences including jumping out of a plane in Austin while strapped to a sailor.
