The duo gushed over fabulous new loot, including gorgeous custom bags made by Reba and a thoughtful surprise from Debbie Mitchell. They also took a moment to appreciate the kindness of their community, all while chatting about exciting events like the upcoming Quilters Affair in Sisters, Oregon, which is absolutely packed with renowned teachers. So much fiber-filled fun out there!
Shifting gears to the business of beautiful quilts, Rochelle gave a real-time update on her longarm quilting work, which hit a snag thanks to a pesky blown fuse. The machine is currently benched while waiting for a replacement part to arrive by the weekend, which sadly meant letting customers know their Christmas quilts would be a bit late. However, it wasn't all trouble, as Leslie excitedly shared her new love for new SewTites magnets for her leaders that are making the process so much easier! A new t-shirt quilt project is also on deck, requiring some careful piecing and centering on the longarm. The conversation concluded by touching on family notes, including Rochelle's father's death anniversary and some humorous family tales. This is a good one that you won't want to miss!
