The terror of getting your heart broken again is SO real, valid and NORMAL. Especially if it's been a long time since you've really liked someone, and/or have experienced trauma and heartbreak in your past.  In this episode, Claire walks you through eight steps you can take to navigate your fear of getting heartbroken again-- spoiler alert:It's not about getting rid of the fear.It's about navigating the fear while staying true to yourself.Get your pen and paper out!
