The issues that our former service personnel face have been well documented, from post traumatic stress disorder, to depression and anxiety; members of the military face a number of mental health challenges as they transition to civilian life.

As a veteran Dane Christison knew all too well what his former colleagues were going through, and in 2012 he founded Survive to Thrive Nation – an organisation that focuses on helping former service men and women with their mental health, and taking their place in the community when their service is over.

For more information about the courses and services that Survive to Thrive Nation offer, visit their website, or email [email protected]
