Katie Partridge: Investment Banking, GCC Business & Female Leadership | Brave Bold Brilliant Podcast
Jeannette welcomes Katie Partridge, CEO of the Sefeera Group and Founder of Johara Global, for an inspiring conversation on power, purpose, and international dealmaking.
Drawing from over 25 years of experience across investment banking, asset management, and global advisory, Katie shares her journey from a young professional discovering the power of her voice in a room full of men to building cross-border partnerships that drive real-world impact. Together, they dive into the essential components of holistic leadership, the delicate art of high-stakes negotiation, the critical skill of setting boundaries, and why finding your inner spark is the key to unlocking your highest potential.
You'll Learn Why:
Leaving your ego at the door and truly listening to the room is the foundation of high-stakes negotiation.
Saying "no" to misaligned opportunities often creates far more long-term value than saying "yes."
Finding security within yourself allows you to let go of relationships that no longer serve your growth.
True business success requires looking beyond short-term profits to focus on macro-level societal impact.
Whether you're a founder, CEO, small business owner, entrepreneur, startup leader or executive, these lessons will help you make smarter hiring decisions and build a stronger, more successful business.
