Everyone's favorite national football analyst is BACK with a brand new episode of the Bucky Brooks show. This time he tackles the start of Mandatory mini camps this week as the never ending NFL news mill turns. The defense had their best game of the year. This is a talented NFL team. It needs better leadership.

The Detroit Lions are easily the toughest opponent the Indianapolis Colts will face this 2024 NFL season. The Colts defense needs to play very physical, versus a very talented Lions offense. Jared Goff is playing amazing, but he's not perfect. Dan Campbell was an intern coach for Donald Thomas at the Miami Dolphins. The lead the NFL in forced fumbles, but Detroit leads the league in interceptions. Mark Glowinski probably won't play, so Donald gives advice to the rookie offensive linemen. The position group that needs to play their best football for Indy to win. The Tight Ends get called out for horrible run blocking this season. Losing to the Jets would have been rough on any team confidence. The win versus the New York Jets wasn't perfect, but overall pretty sharp. Indianapolis Colts quarterback: Anthony Richardson showed fire after benching. AR's reaction to an overthrow, and how he handled the game winning 2-minute drive. With 3 rookie offensive linemen, the game rested on Richardson's arm, instead of the run game. Shane Steichen and Gus Bradley called a pretty good overall game, but still room for improvement. E.J. Speed's play has not been consistent. I think he needs something to get his fire back. The Colts are within reach of the AFC South division title. The Indianapolis Colts have some problems, that were seen on the sideline versus the Buffalo Bills. Joe Flacco's 4 turnovers were too difficult to overcome. It is incredibly frustrating when your side plays well, but the other side is screwing it all up. Kenny Moore II should not have said that to the media. Kenny was not lying. Was he just trying to light a fire? How can coaches take accountability for themselves? Coach Pagano was a good person, and knew X's and O's, but could not get the most out of his players. Is Head Coach Shane Steichen on the hot seat? What is the best decision for Shane now, starting Flacco or Anthony Richardson? The defense played well overall, but they are not without blame either. If the Colts were winning, would any of the problems be addressed? It's not time to throw the towel in.

Initial thoughts about facing a top 5 NFL team. The Indianapolis Colts play tough teams tough. Buffalo Bills quarterback: Josh Allen is having one of his best seasons of his career. Bills have 13 touchdowns rushing the football. The Colts passing attack has not done well lately, and Bills only allow 6.6 yards per attempt. Bills are 3rd in the league at creating turnovers. Defenders need to bring Josh Allen down, not worry about turnovers. How does injuries, and returning injuries, effect a game on the offensive line? Who get's more credit for the o-line, Chris Ballard or line coach Sparano Jr.? Offensive and defensive players who need to play their best to win. Game predictions!

Joe Flacco's play in primetime leaves Indianapolis Colts fans wanting more. This is a learning experience for Anthony Richardson? Did the Colts hurt Richardson's development of maturity/leadership by starting him too early? The Colts have to ride with Flacco now. Jonathan Taylor is a special running back. Indy did Richardson a disservice by throwing Anthony in the fire. The Defense again did their job, and gave the offense a chance to win the game. The fumble on the 1st drive effected the entire game. Self inflicted wounds ended a promising drive also. Who was to blame for the only sacks of the game, given up on the last drive? Quarterback is the hardest job in all sports.
