Brendan Paul, previously identified as an associate of Sean "Diddy" Combs, has had all charges against him dismissed after completing a pretrial diversion program. Paul was arrested in March 2024 at Miami-Opa Locka Executive Airport for possession of cocaine and marijuana-laced candy. His attorney, Brian Bieber, confirmed the case's dismissal, stating, "Mr. Paul's case was formally dismissed today—in its entirety." This development occurs amid ongoing legal challenges for Combs, who faces multiple charges, including sex trafficking and racketeering.

Lisa Bloom, representing singer Dawn Richard in her lawsuit against Sean "Diddy" Combs, has detailed the alleged abuse Richard endured while working with Combs. Bloom stated that Richard was "absolutely terrified" of Combs, alleging he groped her, prevented her from eating and sleeping, and subjected her to severe verbal and physical mistreatment. Richard also claims to have witnessed Combs physically assaulting his then-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura, and faced threats when she attempted to intervene. Bloom emphasized the violent atmosphere Richard experienced, describing Combs as having a "vicious temper."
