Nicky's dedication to her field is further evidenced by her involvement with the International Association of Avian Trainers and Educators (IAATE), where she has been a member since 2012 and recently joined the Board of Directors. Her efforts in organizing the first-ever UK Symposium highlight her initiative in enhancing bird welfare across the UK and Europe. A Certified Professional Bird Trainer and Animal Trainer through the International Avian Trainers Certification Board (IATCB), Nicky not only contributes her expertise but also shapes future standards in the field as a board member.
