Our newest movie, Heart Eyes, belongs to a new category of horror that we are calling horror light. It had a couple jump scares and some gore, but most people will be able to watch it with minimal problems. That is where we differ: one of us prefers to be scared out of her wits, and the other one likes to fall asleep easily. Therefore, it should come as no surprise that one of us liked this movie, and the other was just okay with it. This is a cute date-night movie and has something for everyone! We've discussed some wild movies during our tenure as horror podcast hosts, but 1981's Possession takes the cake. This movie is unlike anything we've ever seen, and we could barely string a coherent plot out of it. Having said that, we could not look away from this movie and all the wtf moments in it. We confidently say this movie isn't for everyone, but everyone should watch it--even if it is to take a selfie toward the end to see what face you make when the climax hits.
