I’m very excited to bring you this episode with Alex, the St0nerChef. Since Alex is certified Neapolitan Pizzaiuolo we spent some time talking about pizza and defining the Margarita pizza which I found really interesting 🍕

The conversation then again heads towards producing and procuring your own food, this time in the form of hunting. We learn about Biltong, an African cured meat, and how what we get here in the states isn’t actual Biltong. And we get into a bit of Alex’s history with cannabis and how it’s influenced his life to point where he became the St0nerChef.
