Barry Morphew is facing a new legal problem while awaiting trial in Suzanne Morphew’s death. A Colorado judge says video from an alleged Denver hit-and-run clearly shows Morphew during an encounter that prosecutors now say matters to his bond.According to the court, Morphew refused to provide his name or identification and indicated he didn’t have insurance.
